GORP Power Balls
Our favourite wellness-lover gals, Vanessa & Stephanie over at @modernflourish are whipping up some FANTASTIC recipes with GORP Ready Mix and we HAD to share it with you (with Ready Mix having a BOGO sale and all...)
They've eliminated the honey, so it lowers the sugar, and only use a portion of the Ready Mix bag at a time!
GORP Power Balls Recipe:
Makes 12 GORP Power Balls
1 cup GORP Mix (Peanut Butter & Apple) (shake bag well before scooping)
1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter (heated enough to pour)
1/2 cup of Dates (soaked & chopped)
Shape into 1 inch balls.
Lightly roll balls into maple syrup.
Then roll balls into coconut flakes!
Cool in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Store for up to 3 months!
